When your opponent resolves a drawing or searching effect: It your opponent activates for example thunder dragondark, to add a card to his hand and you activate trickstar reincarnation as chain link 1 and then activate droll and lock bird as chain link 2 your opponent should not be able to add any cards to his hand and because of the effect of reincarnation his hand should be down to zero cards.
